Returns Policy
At Tracey Jane Fashion, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't quite go as planned. If you wish to return an item, please adhere to our returns policy outlined below:
14-Day Full Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day window during which you can return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any odours or marks.
- The product must be returned with all original tags and labels attached.
- Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors.
- You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Tracey Jane Fashion.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns must be sent to 33 High St, Biggleswade SG18 0JE, United Kingdom.
- We will not pay the return fee.
- In case the product is found to be faulty, a full refund will be issued.
Note: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, however, you may exchange these items.
After 14 Days: Exchange Only
If 14 days have passed but not more than 30 days since your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange for an alternative product. Please reach out to us via email at traceyjaneonline@gmail.com or give us a call, and we'll assist you with the exchange process.
Please note that after 30 days from the date of purchase, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Step 1) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Step 2) Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Step 3) Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Step 4) If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at traceyjaneonline@gmail.com.
Defective/Damaged Items

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Tracey Jane Fashion Ltd, 33 High Street, Biggleswade, SG18 0JE
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
