Returns Policy
At Tracey Jane Fashion, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't quite go as planned. If you wish to return an item, please adhere to our returns policy outlined below:

14-Day Full Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day window during which you can return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any odours or marks.
• The product must be returned with all original tags and labels attached.
• Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
• Shoes must be tried on indoors.
• You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Tracey Jane Fashion.
• We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Returns must be sent to 33 High St, Biggleswade SG18 0JE, United Kingdom.
• We will not pay the return fee.
• In case the product is found to be faulty, a full refund will be issued.

Note: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, however, you may exchange these items.

After 14 Days: Exchange Only
If 14 days have passed but not more than 30 days since your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange for an alternative product. Please reach out to us via email at traceyjaneonline@gmail.com or give us a call, and we'll assist you with the exchange process.

Please note that after 30 days from the date of purchase, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.
