At Tracey Jane Fashion, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you wish to return an item, please refer to our returns policy below:
14-Day Full Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day window during which you can return your item for a full refund. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
· The product must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and free from odours or marks.
- All original tags and labels must remain attached.
- Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors only.
- Proof of postage is required in case your order is lost in transit.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
- Returns must be sent to: 33 High Street, Biggleswade SG18 0JE, United Kingdom.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
If the product is found to be faulty, a full refund will be issued.
Please note: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded; however, they may be exchanged (unless purchased from our “Last Chance to Buy” section—see below).
After 14 Days: Exchange Only
If 14 days have passed but not more than 30 days since your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange for an alternative product.

After 30 days from the date of purchase, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.

Items purchased from our “Last Chance to Buy” section are sold at heavily reduced prices and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure you are happy with your selection before completing your purchase.
